I have been personal training since 1979. I started bodybuilding in 1973 and powerlifting in 1977. In 1979 at the age of 18 I was asked to participate in a personal training program offered by Jack LaLanne's Holiday Health Clubs in New York, where I was a member. I have a masters degree in sports nutrition and exercise science from Mercy State College. I have trained alongside world class powerlifters, bodybuilders and olympic-style weightlifters learning training methods that get them to the top. Whether male or female, we all want to look and feel our best. My goal is to help you attain your desired level of fitness and maintain that level. The most important step is getting started.
